Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any products or services purchased through www.fullcirclefusion.com or any affiliated platforms.

All sales made through Full Circle Fusion, LLC are
final. This applies to all services and products, including but not limited to:
Digital Products: All digital products, including templates, downloadable content, software, and online tools.
Subscription Services: Any recurring subscription services, including monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
Consulting or Coaching Services: All consulting, coaching, or other professional services such as DFY offered.
Courses and Educational Materials: Any course content, training materials, or educational products.
Once a payment is made, the transaction is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with the service or product
Failure to use or access the product or service
Inability to attend a scheduled consultation or service
While we do not offer refunds on subscription services, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the services or products for the remainder of your current billing cycle, but your subscription will not be renewed.
Please note:
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any past payments.
For any one-time service or custom project, including but not limited to consulting, strategy sessions, or design work, once the service has been rendered, no refund or partial refund will be issued.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Any chargebacks will be contested, and we reserve the right to terminate access to any services or products if a chargeback is filed against us.
In certain exceptional cases, such as technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services (and after we have exhausted all reasonable solutions), we may, at our sole discretion, provide a remedy in the form of product replacement or service adjustments. However, this will not constitute a refund and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

In the event Full Circle Fusion, LLC ceases operations for any reason, we will facilitate the transfer of your account to another agency of your choice. The new agency will require a monthly fee for services, and currently, the transfer of accounts to GoHighLevel can be done at their standard rate of $97 per month. If necessary, we will also provide you with a manual download of your account data and assist in importing your snapshots to your own accounts to ensure a smooth transition. It is your responsibility to initiate this process if Full Circle Fusion, LLC
becomes unable to continue providing services.
In no event shall Full Circle Fusion, LLC , its affiliates, or its employees, agents, or licensors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or our services.
